I have decided to release the flags as they are. I'll update them when I solved the problem with the third shared palette. I could have gone down the easy root NSSTeam have used by not altering the default Konami palette, but the flags end up looking shitty in my opinion.
Some things to note.
1] You will need to rebuild the afs to get the flags to fit. I've tested it and it works. I'm sure people like Paul.S won't mind doing this when they see the high qaulity of the flags!!
Any easier method to rebuilding would be to insert an unedited 00463 into the slot occupied by 00465. Then use GS to maximize reserved space for 00464 and insert. Then maximize reserve space for 00466 and insert. Again tested and works with no problems
2] The flags in the crowd will look distorted. At least until I work out how to change shared palette 3. Don't bother me about this!
3] These flags are the best you'll find (if I do say so myself
) and I have worked very hard to make them this good. EVERY flag has been redone and has perfect transparency. That means licesned teams have all been redone too. All I ask is that no-one uses them in a patch or as a base for something else without crediting me.
4] Let me know if you spot any mistakes
