Ok its not a full solution but I found out how you can get the images of the uniforms into the EU (spain, portugal, germany, france, italy) version of the game BLES00689. Here is a step to step guide of what I did.

1. In the ingame editor I created 141 new uniforms (the same number of uniforms in the OF) and saved them.
2. Copied those files into a USB stick and connected to a PC.
3. I now have 2 folders the uniforms from the OF BLES00688 from the OF, and on the USB stick the unis from the game bles00689.
4. when you open the folder there are 4 files. 1 data, 2. icon, 3. param.pfd, 4. param.sfo
5 copy and replace the data and icon files from the OF bles00688 to the folder bles00689 --- it has to be the same uniform number bles00688euni001 to bles00689euni001. ONLY REPLACE DATA AND ICON files
6 once you are done fire up the PS3 and copy and replace all the USB stick with the ones on the PS3, It will ask you if you want to replace say yes (that means it is going to store them in the same folder ingame).
7. After this you can go to any team and when you create the chest logo you can use any of the images from the OF.

Its a lot of work but at least you can get the logos.

El creador creo que no esta registrado aqui (creo), ya que no es el que ha abierto el post y por lo tanto lo pondra en dekazeta.

Al igual que yo, otros user estaran atentos y pondremos aqui el enlace de descarga y lo pondremos en la recopilacion, no os preocupeis por eso, ya que yo tambien estoy registrado alli

Que el parche no es mio Es de un usuario de DKZ, simplemente lo han puesto aqui para que cada uno eliga lo que mas quiera.
