Cual
por ejemplo tenes el de la carpeta dt0b.img
Son los balones, se abren con el GGS
el de la dt04.img
o el de la dt06.img
por ejemplo tenes el de la carpeta dt0b.img

Si, ya se lo que queres hacer 
el unnamed_7 en la carpeta dt04.img es el unlock ML players
Para eso tenes el
Unlock Master League Hide

Copiá la carpeta dt04.img que viene dentro del rar a C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2010\img - Hacele un backup antes por las dudas
Luego copiá el unnamed_7.bin dentro de C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2010\kitserver\example-root1\img\dt04.img y listo.
el unnamed_7 en la carpeta dt04.img es el unlock ML players
Para eso tenes el

Y ANTES DE QUE SE ME OLVIDE, SABES COMO CAMBIAR EL NOMBRE DE EREDIVISIE POR OTRO, EN LA LIGA MASTER O AMISTOSO..., HAY ALGUN PROGRAMA?

¿Como se abren los .bin que contienen texto, por ejemplo, el de los sponsors de la LM?

Pues con la misma aplicación del mismo programa que ha puesto "neckripper" más arriba. STR Editor de PRO-EVO Editing Studio 2010 2.0. Ten paciencia.
