Error en Kitserver 9.13

Hola

He instalado kitserver 9.13 para el PES 2010 en mi PC (Windows 7 32 bits)

Pero me da este error al ejecutarlo, también al ejecutarlo con el botón derecho del ratón

Actualiza los Directx de Windows.
