Solo tienes que grabar el archivo de imagen, los demas nada.
Luego haces como dice vlop7 y todo ok.
El Parche yo lo acabo de instalar y esta cojonudo.

Buenisimo y funciona perfectamente.....lo unico para los amantes de la perfeccion, solo faltan 3 fichajes no reflejados (zigic al racing desde serbia) y scaloni y tristan del deportivo a racing y mallorca respectivamente. Eso q me halla dado yo cuenta.

El Option file para la version en español contiene:

-ML league change teams option unlocked (Make your own league to use all League C teams)
