I like to give a shot out to all of the Winning Eleven community, especially to Tato, Fernando, Reefur and Obocaman for providing us with tools and translations for our beloved WE9. Here is my gift to you guys hope you like it. I will have a music patch release later on along with an update to this patch. Later Guys Have fun.

This patch is compatible with Fernando's WE9 English Patch v5 Final.

Apply ppf patch with ppf-omatic3 to the full WE9 DVD iso.
