Hi, sorry for speaking in english but I don't know how to write in spanish. Only can read.

I made a small tool just to unlock the licensed team in edit mode so you can change ingame the logo, name and stadium. I think a lot of people know how to do it with hexeditor but this tool is for the others that can't understand hex.

Just open the ID00015 from OVER, change the radio button to ES and then "Desbloquear". Done :)

I don't release this to any other forum because everything I learn about hex is from here so its an exclusive but feel free to post in other sites.

PS: Its the first tool I release for PES on PSP and I hope its not the last, so please help me correct some bugs or translate something (as I said before, can't write in spanish).

No it's not because to relink kits is in other file but I can try to make other small tool to do that.

because when I reconstruct over and I recreate iso the game it immediately jams after the writing konami appears it seems me that the procedure I correctly do him/it
