Lo puedes hacer tu muy facil con ggs:
Para la "preview" de los balones abres el cv_0 y buscas el balls_852,metes esa imagen sobre la que viene por defecto y una vez sustituido le das sobre el archivo con click derecho y eliges extraer donde tu quieras y ya esta el bin.
Para el balon es lo mismo pero tienes que abrir el cv_1 sustituir alguno de los balones que hay.
IMPORTANTE: haz un back up de cv_0 y cv_1 por si acaso y tambien te recomiendo que antes de sustituir esos archivos extraigas el bin original,por si no te gusta como queda o algo de eso.
